The Giving Guides is a project that started in Norfolk, Nebraska with a group of individuals who sought out to fulfill the needs of those who were struggling with poverty, hunger, and education beyond what other programs and/or the government could assist with.
We currently work as a community-based organization donating our own time and resources to offer our services to those who are in need regardless of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, nationality, citizenship or any legally protected class. We provide food, toiletries, and even clothing and disaster relief assistance to Norfolk Nebraska and surrounding communities.
The volunteers of The Giving Guides are dedicated to working with children, youth, and families to ensure they will have access to life necessities empowering them to reach their full potential through the toughest times.
We're working on becoming more for our community and we hope this website serves as an extension to who we are and what we will continue to do for the people of our community.

The Giving Guides was established to serve those in our surrounding area who need a little more assistance than what they currently have access to.
